It’s a sunny, humid, hot morning here in Beach Haven. Winds are non-existent this morning coming from the WNW at about 2mph. The surf is relatively calm with 2-3 foot waves. You will need about 3-4oz to hold. Atlantic City buoy sea temperature is reported at 54°. The air temp is currently 76° and heading to 92°!!
The bay is calm and 72°.
Low tide is at 3:21AM and 3:18PM. High tide is at 9:16AM and 9:24PM.
There are kingfish and fluke, and some small blues in the surf. In the bay there are fluke, blowfish, and snap blues. If you want a little fun for the kids just drop and bounce right by the bulkhead and there are a bunch of croaker too.
The Miss Beach Haven has and afternoon trip today from 1pm – 4pm. She stays in the bay and inlet – great trip to take your kids! Trips had been catching a bunch of fish – like everywhere else, keepers are sporadic but there has been action! Book online at www.missbeachhaven.com.
