Daily Report

It’s an FOGGY morning here in Beach Haven today. Fog should burn off as the morning gets on. Winds are almost non-existent coming from the SE at about 4mph. Currently, the surf is calm with 2-3 foot waves. You will need 3-4 oz to hold. LBI 5th Street Beach Haven sea temperature is 74°. The air temp is currently 74° and heading to 85°.

The bay is flat calm and 74°.

Low tide is at 5:01AM and 5:09PM. High tide is at 11:03AM and 11:21PM.

In the surf, getting reports anglers are still catching bluefish, fluke and kingfish. Mckenzie caught her first fish off the surf yesterday with this 14″ fluke! In the bay there are fluke, weakfish, bluefish and blowfish. Out at the reefs there are some nice fluke and sea bass too.

**There are NEW STRIPED BASS REGULATIONS!! Effective July 2nd, to keep a Striped Bass it must be between 28″ and less than 31″. You can keep one per person. The emergency action does not include the Striped Bass bonus program.**

Today we have FRESH BUNKER and MINNOWS! Bloodworms should be here around 11am. And a reminder to bring in your bait bucket when coming for bait. If you do not have a bucket, we have Jingles Bait Buckets for just $3!
