It’s a mostly cloudy morning today in Beach Haven with a possibility of a few isolated showers. Winds are strong coming from the S at about 15mph. Currently, the surf is calm with 1-2 foot waves. You will need 3-4 oz to hold. LBI 5th Street Beach Haven sea temperature is 68°. The air temp is currently 70° and heading to 72°.

The bay is calm and 72°.

Low tide is at 9:14M and 10:03PM. High tide is at 2:37AM and 3:28PM.

No weigh-ins but in the surf, anglers are catching bluefish, fluke and kingfish. Aimee came in and told us that she reeled in the biggest blue she has ever caught yesterday here in Beach Haven using mullet! In the bay, there are fluke, weakfish, bluefish and blowfish. Out at the reefs you can pick up some nice fluke too. Can’t get out to the reefs yourself? Then jump on The Miss Beach Haven’s morning trip – it runs everyday from 8 – 12.
