It is a cloudy, overcast morning in Beach Haven and looks to be a wash out for the day, swimmers will stay home, leaving the beach wide open for good fishing. The wind is strong and out of the SSE this morning. The surf is calm with 2 to 3 foot waves. Currently you will need 3-4 ounces to hold. The ocean temp is 75°. The air temp is 74° and heading to 82˚.
The bay is choppy and the temp is 77°.
Low tide is at 11:45AM. High tide is at 5:56PM.
The surf still has kingfish, fluke, cocktail blues, sand sharks and rays at night. In the bay there are some snappers, weakfish, blowfish and still receiving reports of fluke. The reefs have fluke and sea bass. Tre was at it again yesterday, grabbing this nice fluke off of the Miss Beach Haven. It was 4.7lbs and 22 1/4″. He is now in first, second and third place in the in-store tournament.
