We need your support /help.
Over the last year because of the economy( increases prices of fuel and of everything else and because of loss of jobs) there have not been as many people joining tournaments whether is be surf or boat. In order to keep this tournament going we need you.
This is tournament that is looking for the largest 8 bass caught from L.B.I. The fee to get in is 20 dollars and with full participation the winner will get 1000 dollars. There are 8 paid prizes.
This tournament is where when after the prizes are given out any extra monies goes back to the Chamber to put towards the Surf Classic. (fall tournament)
This was set up to be a fun tournament and it gives great bragging rights to have caught the largest bass in the spring from land.
On the 15th of May all beaches are closed to 4 wheel drive vehicles making it equal for all anglers. This is basically a street end tournament .
This year we do not have a weigh in station on the North end so we do apprecaite it if you have to go out of your way to weigh your fish.
Thank all of you that join and we thank you for your support.
Dante with his 49-6
Kenny with his 38-2
