Daily Report

It’s another beautiful, sunny morning here in Beach Haven! Currently, the wind is blowing from the WSW at about 12mph. The surf is calm with 1-2 foot waves. You will need 3-4 oz to hold. The ocean temp is 58°. The temp is currently 66° and heading to 72°.

Low tide is at 8:16AM and 8:38PM. High tide is at 1:40AM and 2:22PM.

The bay is calm and 63°.

Anglers still having success catching stripers using mainly clam but reports of some catches on bunker. Also on the beach, Gabbi B was using mullet yesterday and caught this 11′ bluefish. In the bay, the Marlin & Tuna Club tournament resulted in a few fluke and our own David Schlindwein caught a 20″ fluke out by the fish factory. Our at the wrecks, Captain Jonathan Kelly killed it once again with Black Sea Bass hitting their limit in 3 hours.

Starting tomorrow we will be open 6AM – 6PM. Today we have fresh bunker, surf clam and fresh shucked clam.
