One more beautiful morning in Beach Haven! It is clear and sunny and a great day for fishing! Currently the wind is WSW about 13mph. The surf is calm (low tide) with 2-3 foot waves with a few bigger swells. You will need 3 to 4 oz to hold. The temp is currently 64° and heading to 80°. The ocean temp 59°.
The bay is somewhat calm and 60°.
Low tide is at 8:18AM and 8:24PM. High tide is at 2:24PM.
More striper reports as well as some blues. Joe Charles was out on a guide with Connor last evening and caught two fish. His second was a keeper he came and weighed in – 10lbs and 30″! Way to go Joe! Up north there was a 2.2lb bluefish weighed in for the Spring Derby.
We have surf clams, fresh shucked clams and bloodworms today.
